Former BNY Mellon executive says he was fired for aiding friend’s complaint

THE Bank of New York Mellon (BNY Mellon) was sued by a former executive who says the company fired him after more than three decades because of his age and gender and for helping a male colleague file a sexual harassment complaint against a female coworker.
